By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that Zeta Global (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect and process your personal data, including but not limited to your name, email address, company, job title, and any other information you provide during registration or participation.

We will use this data to:

• Facilitate your participation in the event.
• Provide you with personalized services, content, and offers.
• Send you marketing communications related to our products and services, which you may opt out of at any time.

NOTE: You may not sell, publish or otherwise share attendee data for your own purposes.

All personal information that you submit in connection with Zeta Live will be processed by Zeta and its service providers in the United States.  If you later wish to revoke your consent for Zeta to process your information, please send an email to events@zetaglobal.com.  Your contact details will be maintained by Zeta for a minimum of three years from your last registration in order to invite you to future events and provide you with news about Zeta.  

We do not collect sensitive personal information unless you provide it to us—for instance in regard to a health condition affecting your participation in the event.  Data will not be shared by Zeta with third parties for their own use without your express consent.   

2. Data Sharing

With your consent, we may share your contact information (including name, email address, company, and job title) with our event sponsors and vendors who provide services in connection with the event (“third parties.”)  These third parties may use this information to contact you with relevant offers and information, and their use will be governed by their privacy policy.  A current list of Event sponsors (once available) can be found on the Zeta Live event site.

3. Photography, Audio, and Video Recording

If you attend this live event in person, please be aware that the event may be recorded by audio, video, and/or photographic means. By attending, you consent to the capture and use of your image, likeness, voice, and any content you contribute (such as questions, comments, or feedback) during the event. These recordings may be used by Zeta Global for promotional, educational, or other business purposes, including publication on our websites, social media, and marketing materials.   You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of such images or recordings and you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to Zeta Globals’ use of the images or recordings.

You may have specific rights under local state laws where you live, including the rights to access, delete, correct personal information Zeta holds, opt-out of sale or sharing, and limit the use of sensitive personal information.
