- You will act in a manner that supports a safe and inclusive environment for all participants in Zeta Global events and platforms.
- You will not engage in disruptive speech or behavior, nor interfere with the participation of others in Zeta Global events, forums, or platforms.
- You will not sell, publish or otherwise share attendee data for your own purposes.
- You will not disrupt the operation of Zeta Global events, blogs, online forums, or social media platforms.
- You will not seek to obtain benefits or privileges at Zeta Global events or platforms that you are not entitled to.
- You will not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, behavior based on race, gender, gender identity or expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or any other protected category.
- You will follow the directions of Zeta Global event staff and platform moderators.
- You will comply with all applicable Zeta Global policies and, where applicable, event-specific rules (including health and safety guidelines).

Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to all members of the Zeta Global community—attendees, sponsors, vendors, speakers, volunteers, moderators, and employees. In the context of events, it covers both the primary event and any associated gatherings, whether professional or social. Zeta Global employees must also adhere to all internal company policies.
Consequences
If we determine that you have violated this Code of Conduct, Zeta Global may take appropriate action, including restricting your access to future events and community platforms. For event-related violations, you may be asked to leave the event. All decisions are made at our sole discretion. Where necessary, we may also involve law enforcement.
